* I had my Taurus serviced at your dealership and wanted to tell you I was very pleased with the help Mike Palermo gave me. It took three trips to get the repair done but Mike did his best to see it was done right and, so far, I've had no problems. Mike wasn't my usual service rep but took over and listened to what I thought was wrong and made it right. I will ask for Mike again when I need help and will be back because he cared so much. * We would definitely recommend Karl Flammer Ford as the place to buy a vehicle.The service on our vehicle was well taken care of. With Mike Palermo & Robert Bender as the Service Advisers, they make you want to return to the dealership for service. They are both pleasant & very professional.
* Just a quick note, your service department is not just great they are outstanding. Robert Bender is just an outstanding service writer and I did not catch the name but the mechanic was just great, he explained what he had done on the truck and was very friendly. This is type of customer service is hard to find but at Flammer it is the norm.
