2004 Sport Trac.....Hi Tom! Let me say thanks to Erle for helping me get into the vehicle I've been telling my wife I should be in for the past 3 years! I'm finally happy! Also, I promised Steve, the finance guy, he'd have a raise by Monday (today). You need to make that happen! Steve was thorough, quick and to the point as his Italian last name would suggest he'd be. I signed a credit slip for my warranty (which he up-sold me...Kudos, Steve) and accidently placed both copies in my folder. Without skipping a beat, he realized this and asked for it back. On that alone, he deserves at least a 2% cost of living increase! Make it happen, Tom! While you're at it, throw something towards Erle! She didn't give up on the deal even though it took 3 hours to close! This is car #2 from your dealership in Tarpon Springs.
