    I purchased my car here almost three years ago. It was a mostly smooth process. I worked with Peyton on my last service visit. She did a great job helping me get my car fixed. The only reason I took a star off is I bought a “bumper to bumper” warranty from this dealership when I bought the car. They did not honor that warranty for this repair because there are exclusions in the fine print. My exclusions included the suspension. I want to give them 1 star for lying about the bumper-to-bumper warranty. However, that is my fault for not reading the fine print. I have met and dealt with plenty of honest salespeople throughout the years. I have yet to deal with an honest finance manager. So please read the fine print, assume they are adding points, assume what comes out of their mouth is not entirely true.

    A good experience. Amy and Mike were the people that assisted. Amy was particularly great--she listened carefully to my concern & then read me back what she'd written in the dispatch so I could confirm. I liked that Mike checked me in calling out the VIN# with the military words for each letter of the alphabet. He was patient while I transferred some things out of my car to my friend's car--who was picking me up. The temporary Service drop-off was a little confusing. How about a sign? It could say: STOP HERE!

    Dan (Servicer Greeter) and Angelo my Service Advisor did an excellent job. Dan greets you with a smile and swiftly gets you to the service desk were Angelo took over. Angelo was very concise and helpful with the service needs and kept me up to date on the work in progress. I did have a question about the vehicle that I needed addressed. I purchased the vehicle at Karl Flammer and Neal, Sales Manager was very helpful and went the extra mile to answer my questions and concerns. Very good experience yet again at Karl Flammer Ford!

    Good experience, Steve was great! Very attentive to our needs. He made us feel at ease with negotiating our new truck purchase. I like the dealership, gives that small town feeling unlike some of the larger dealerships that make you feel like a number. We would recommend.

    Great experience and reputable dealership! I had the pleasure of working with Mack Gange. He worked with me from the date I was able to order my Ford Lightning and kept me up-to-date on its progress from production through delivery. I have only great things to say about my experience. My Lightning was prepped and detailed when I arrived. The purchase process was seamless. Unlike many dealerships that make you sit for hours while they pitch random warranties and services, I was in and out in probably less than an hour with all of the paperwork filled out in advance. I would absolutely buy another car from them.

    I had a great experience purchasing my used car. First of all, the car is beautiful and in great shape. The salesman I dealt with, Floyd, was so helpful and answered all of my questions by demonstrating how to use the electronics on the car I bought. The finance lady, Suzanne, was kind and gracious and patient and answered all of my questions. The two year extended warranty that I purchased was a great deal for my situation. I definitely recommend this dealership and will use them again if I purchase another car.

    I had some warranty repair issues. The dealership where I bought the car has been very disappointing. Karl Flammer and their techs were very helpful. The service was good, thoroughly explained and the work was done well. Admittedly, as with any dealership, the prices were high and labor rates were even higher than I expected. But we all know the price you pay to have the dealership do your work. I like the service and the people at Karl Flammer. It is also very clear they hire veterans as I saw many veteran hats on some of the staff and I heard several discussing their service. I will likely buy my next car from Karl Flammer.

    I recently purchased a 2021 Escape from Karl Flammer Ford and I could not have been happier with the entire process. The Sales Consultant, Mack, was a pleasure to work with through the process and patiently explained all the steps for the purchase. I will definitely bring my new car to them for the regular maintenance. I have already recommended Karl Flammer Ford to two of my neighbors and would recommend them to all my family and friends.

    It was easy contacting the Service Department to get an appointment. When I arrived, Dale was friendly and helpful checking me in for the service. The most important part is it was QUICK! Nothing I hate more than sitting around waiting for anything, let alone service on my car. Karl Flammer Ford in Tarpon Springs was quick and efficient. The waiting room was air conditioned, had complimentary coffee available and vending machines. In and out in less than an hour.

    One of the best Ford dealerships in the area!!! Dale Krutzik makes the service department he treats everyone with Professionalism and respect!!! I went again today on Saturday 05/15/22 and as usual they did a fantastic job and Mike the guy you see first when you drive into the service area was very friendly and respectful. He made a very good impression on me to start the experience off!! Karl Flammer Ford is very fortunate to have guys like him and Dale!!!

    This was a great experience as the employees at Flammer Ford were all very good to me! Amy helped me with the warranty. She was kind and considerate through this process. Mike, the shuttle driver, gave me a safe, comfortable ride so I could continue my work at home while repairs were made. Great staff at this dealership! Appreciate you all!

    Was having running boards installed on a brand new truck that didn't come with them. Purchased the boards and labor cost online the day before and the were able to get the boards in and installed the next morning. I was at the the dealership for less than 30 minutes for the install! Great! Kyle, the service advisor, was very helpful and informative as well!
